From the east side of the property, the street door opens to a courtyard with a raised cisterna to the right and a citrus-planted garden to the right.
The entrance to the first ground-floor apartment is sheltered by the external stairs to the principal, top-floor apartment.
The ground floor apartment (65 m2) consists of a living room, 1 double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (with bath and shower over).
At the top of the entrance steps, there is a narrow, covered balcony to enjoy sunrise views of the inland Kamini valley looking east towards to mountains that surround the back of Hydra town.
The principal top-floor apartment consists of a large entrance hall with 2 bedrooms off either side of the hall. At the end of the hall, the floor opens to a living room, kitchen, dining area and bathroom (with bath and shower over, as well as a washing machine under a cupboard). From the living room, you step out to a terrace which faces west and north offering gorgeous views of the village, sunset and down to Kamini Harbour. From the terrace, you look down to the unmade (but with clearly marked boundaries) garden on the west side of the house. There is a well-established and very productive olive tree.
The 2nd ground floor apartment, (65m2) has its entrance from the west boundary street, crossing the garden. It consists of a living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and shower room.

Neighbourhood
Kamini Village is a very happy and neighbourly area. The surrounding properties are well spaced apart and it feels airy. The property for sale is elevated from the valley by one level with an easy set of street steps up from the main village street that leads down to Kamini Harbour.
The neighbours are mostly local families and from the terrace of the property, you can look down into the courtyard of the popular Pirofani restaurant and next to it the newer, but increasingly popular Kam-In bar/cafe.
Utilities & Technical
Mains supply for:
Electricity
Water (desalinated)
Sewage
The property also has a freshwater cisterna to collect rainwater. The cisterna is in good order and has a pump so the water can be used in the house. It's also connected to the main town supply to be topped up as necessary.
Observations
At the moment the owners use just the top floor for their holidays. The two ground-floor apartments are rented as full-time residential homes providing a steady income for the owners to offset their running costs.
You will notice that unusually for me, I have not taken photos of the interiors of the two ground-floor apartments as they are occupied. However, they can be made available for serious buyers to view.
Please note that I took the photos at about 7:30 pm in September just before sundown.
