Undoubtedly, renovating this prestigious real estate will require a certain investment. To begin with, the roof tiles and some of the wooden beams will need replacement. Additionally, you’ll need to hire a skilled carpenter to repair some beadboard ceilings.
The slight imperfection of this real estate for sale is the absence of an internal bathroom, which most people often want to have. Fortunately, there is a bathroom in the covered loggia, providing a good starting point.
