This property is in good structural condition and was built by the owner himself. Unfortunately, like many builders, he has added about 106m2 of living space that will have to be legalized. It shouldn't take long but that's why I have given it a low readiness score. The Digital ID and legalization is in hand.


Please note that this house would qualify for a Greek Golden Visa as it is over 400k, more than 120m2. But you would not be able to holiday rent it. However, you would be able to get a return on your investment if you wanted to long-term let the lower ground floor and garden studio.


In my opinion, this house would rent well as a holiday let. Ideally with the housekeeper/manager living in the garden studio.
