Along the main street front of the property, there is an area of the pavement that is raised under the windows which would be a good place for a table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon sun. Other than this there is no outside space. The property is a very easy lock-up and leave option. Alternatively, it has plenty of light (none of my photos were taken with a flash and only one side of the door open) which would make it ideal as an artist's studio. Or as there is already a quantity of kitchen and dining furniture that could be purchased separately, this would be a terrific time to open a taverna in Kamini.
