From the street you walk into the open plan living room with a fully fitted modern kitchen and plenty of cupboards. Some of my photos show the pre-renovation colour scheme, but since 2017 the decor has been white throughout.


The kitchen appliances and built in cupboards etc., are included in the sale as are all other fitted items such as a/c.  


Straight across the living room there is a small inner hallway with a door to a family shower /WC and a door to a double bedroom. Built into the inner hallway there is a cupboard housing the washing machine. 


Internal metal stairs (now white) up to the top floor which opens to a sitting room  that also doubles as the 2nd bedroom. There is a WC at the top of the stairs and a door to the top floor terrace.


This terrace faces east so it gets the morning sun and is cool in the summer when the sun passes over after mid-day. The terrace overlooks the roof of the small neighbouring, (single floor) house that this house is semi-detached with. From the front of the terrace you overlook the approach street and can see who is knocking on your front door! 


Metal stairs from the top terrace lead up to the roof terrace. The area of the roof terrace is big enough for a table of 6 to dine together under the stars. You can glimpse a fine line of sea across to the Peloponnese. And all around you have views across the pretty jumble of rooftops and up to the mountains.


Please note that I took the photos over different years, hence the change of colours. Currently, after renovating the property in 2017, the painted walls and internal stairs are white and the property is used as a holiday rental. It's a very good income.
